MEET THE ARTIST

“All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” Groups take part in an intensive 90-minute class taught by actors from stage and screen. We offer classes on scene study, improvisation, stage combat, monologue preparation, and audition techniques (musical theater, non-musical theater or commercial). Classes take place where many famous performers auditioned and rehearsed for Broadway shows and other productions.

CAST PARTY

Enjoy dinner or a pizza party in a popular Times Square restaurant with cast members before or after your show! During this thrilling event students socialize, hear backstage anecdotes, take photos, get autographs and feel the buzz as guest artists share stories of their lives and careers on the Great White Way. One cast member for every 10 students will attend during this fun and exciting experience.

RECORDING STUDIO TOUR

The group will be divided into small sub groups for a hands-on behind the scenes tour of a professional recording studio. The students will meet professionals within the music industry. These professionals will explain the logistics of operating a recording studio, as well as their
personal experiences within the industry. This is an ideal program for students interested in a career in music.
